Training that works for you

We are continuously developing bespoke, on-site training programmes for our customers the length and breadth of Britain, putting information in your hands in a format that's relevant to you and when you need it most, combined with our revolutionary resources app for smartphones so you never need panic again when you can't remember if that bloody wine is or isn't vegan friendly, or how many days that other wine spent on skins. We've got you covered.

Where we teach

We run courses and sessions for trade customers on-site wherever possible, and for private clients these take place at partner venues including some of the country's top restaurants and wine bars.

Who can learn with us?

Hospitality trade professionals and wine merchants, and we have extensive experience running tastings, formal dinners, supper clubs and more for companies, clubs, societies and thrill-seeking private clients.

What do we teach?

We offer our own Graft training with hands-on hospitality and customer service skills and a strong focus on the sort of wines we love, especially lesser-known varieties, unheralded regions, and organic, biodynamic and natural wines.

Who are we?

In the summer of 2019, two small 7-year-old wine importers, Red Squirrel and The Knotted Vine, came together to become the Graft Wine Company.

​Our dynamic and experienced team is based across the UK and works with an intrepid, exciting collection of restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels, independent wine merchants.
