SOU is a joint project between Nuno, from Mira do Ó, and Joana Santiago from Quinta de Santiago.
It was founded on a long-standing friendship, a common passion for "Rock" and a shared interest in exploring a different expression of Monção & Melgaço’s terroir.
The project is guided by a minimalist approach in the cellar and organic farming in the vineyard, with a focus on the region’s granitic soils.
