The family has been making wine in Chablis since 1713, with a deep respect for nature and terroir. Today, Huguette, Christine, and the next generation, Yvon and Laurent, continue this passion.
Over five generations, they have focused on respecting their vines and soils, which give their wines their unique mineral structure and elegance.
For the past 40 years, they’ve used organic soil practices, allowing the land to naturally transform organic matter into minerals that nourish the vines. In the last three years, they’ve stopped using weed killers, opting for plowing and hoeing instead. This, along with no anti-botrytis treatment, ensures better harvest maturity, richer skins, and higher-quality musts.
