
The 'no or low' alcohol category has boomed in recent times, but wine has been left behind by alcohol-free beers and spirits. Until now.
Wednesday's Domaine tastes the part and looks the part, crafted with nous and creativity, it is exceptionally food friendly, and therefore offers restaurants, bars, pubs and drinks retailers a game changing wine to sit alongside their existing no or low alcohol offering.
Their wines derive from top-notch base wine from La Mancha in Spain, which is dealcoholized to 0.0% ABV and blended with natural ingredients by winemaker Fergus Elias to lift body, flavour, aroma and length in the absence of alcohol.
A brilliant new range looks and tastes even better than before and includes a dry, pale rosé as well as two sparkling wines alongside the original red and white.
