Pandolfa’s story is both ancient and modern, traditional and progressive, serene yet spry.
It is also Noelia Ricci’s origin story, the 345 hilly acres of vineyards, cherry orchards and olive groves making up a farm that has been in operation for over 500 years.
And like with Noelia Ricci, the Sangiovese grape is at the heart of their mission, albeit here made in a lighter, fresher style. Moreover, the bird-like beaks adorning the bottle label portraits are in tribute to Calamita Cosmica, by iconoclastic post-war artist Gino de Dominicis: impactful, original, and explicitly joining past and present.
