Domaine des Carlines

We have known Patrick Ligeron for many years and were delighted for him when in 2015 he achieved his lifelong dream of acquiring a vineyard in his birthplace of the Côtes du Jura.

 

Almost by himself, he farms organically eleven pristine hectares in Menétru-Le-Vignoble, with three sitting within the legendary Château-Châlon appellation (Jura’s unofficial ‘Grand Cru’).

 

Patrick’s wines are suffused with the authentic characters of the Jura while being in keeping with the style we seek – crystal clear purity of fruit paramount – and as a result we believe they are wines that can stand up among the best the region has to offer.
