Cà ed Balos

Cà ed Balos is a small family-owned winery with 6.5 hectares of vineyards in Castiglione Tinella in the Langhe, restored by Renata Bonacina and her husband in the 1990s, reviving Moscato d'Asti production there since 2008.

 

The vines are farmed sustainably and are currently under organic conversion, long using 'green manure' to reduce further any need for chemicals. Grapes are carefully selected during numerous passages, picked by hand and whittled down further to obtain only the very healthiest for the finished wines.
