The Okanagan Valley mixes desert conditions with vast temperature differences along a 120-mile chain of lakes with incredibly diverse terroir. Just over a decade ago, the Okanagan Crush Pad was making merely 168 cases a year. Now Christine Coletta & Steve Lornie's celebrated winery is leading the Canadian field.
