Scheu Aber Geil // Emil Bauer & Söhne
Scheurebe is a German cross between Riesling and an aromatic variety, once thought to be Silvaner but now a mystery. A beguiling bouquet shows the Scheurebe aroma of blackcurrants, mandarins, and especially lime. On the palate there's grapefruit and tangerine. At the same time refreshing and juicy, with mineral length.
